Post Workout Peanut Butter Snack

·       1 Apple Sliced

·       ½ Pretzels

·       ½ Celery 

·       2 Tbsp Peanut Butter

·       4 Compartment Food Storage Container

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the apple and celery.

2. Place each ingredient into a compartment.

3. Refuel with snack after your workout.


 

Refresh Cucumber Turkey Roll Ups

  1. Turkey Slices

  2. Cream Cheese

  3. Cucumber

1. Prepare cucumbers by thinly slicing.

2. Spread cream cheese the length of the cucumber slice. (Feel free to add seasonings to taste to cream cheese, i.e. garlic salt, onion powder, veggie dry mix)

3. Fold turkey slice to fit on top of cucumber and place on top of cream cheese.

4. Roll up the cucumber.

6 INGREDIENT GUACAMOLE WITH RED BELL PEPPERS

Ingredients:

  1. 5 Avocados Ripe

  2. ½ Cup Red Onion, Finely Diced 

  3. 1/3 Cup Cilantro, Finely Chopped 

  4. 2 Limes, Juiced about 4 tbsp of fresh Lime Juice

  5. 1 tsp Coarse Salt, Kosher Salt is Fine

  6. 2-3 Red Bell Peppers, Sliced

  7. 1 Jalapeno, Finely Diced Taste for Heat (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

1.     Prepare your ingredients by finely chopping the red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro, set aside. Then slice red peppers long ways, set aside.

2.    Scoop the flesh of the avocados into a large bowl. Begin to mash the avocado using a potato masher or a fork. Try not to turn the avocados into complete mush, you want some texture, chunks are good. Add red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, juice of 1 lime, and 1/2 the salt. Continue to mash, stir.

3.    Taste for seasoning. Add the other lime, and a bit more salt if needed. Top with additional cilantro, serve immediately. Use red bell peppers to dip and eat with guacamole.
