All external event requests must be made 90 days before your event is to take place.
Thank you for considering Eastern Star Church as a host location for your event. A member of our staff will contact you via phone within 48 hours.
Please note that submitting the form is not a guarantee of approval. Forms must be submitted and approved a minimum of 60 days prior to the event date. Please allow at least one week for the approval process to be completed. If approved, events are hosted Monday – Friday and on a case-by-case basis on Saturdays in light of ministry activities and preparation for Sunday Worship Service.
Additionally, please note that in the event of inclement weather or unforeseen hazardous or health conditions, ESC does reserve the right to cancel your event with a 24-hour notice if needed.
