In partnership with Indiana University Health, Eastern Star Church is offering a FREE clinic for the Flu & COVID-19 vaccines. The vaccine clinic will be held on Sunday, November 12th, from 11 am - 1 pm.

Please bring your insurance card to your appointment. If you don’t have insurance, you are still eligible to receive the vaccines. Registration is required.
