Saturday School is hosting the final Sabbath Series workshop on Saturday, October 16 from 9–11 am. Join us as we discuss the importance of rest for your body and mind, and develop a plan to make rest a part of your lifestyle. We will hear from a panel of experts - Dr. Leslie Hodges, Dr. Christina Davis and Pastoral Counselor Nathan McGuire, MFT.
We will use Zoom Video Communications for the Sabbath class. An invitation to the zoom class will be provided in the confirmation email immediately after registering.
