Baby Dedication is an opportunity for parents to publicly proclaim their faith in Christ and their commitment to passing their faith on to their children. Baby dedication is based upon Hannah’s presentation of Samuel to the Lord in 1 Samuel 1: 19-28. Baby dedication does not guarantee salvation for your child. Your child will have to personally accept Jesus Christ as Lord & Savior when old enough to understand the Gospel and the need for forgiveness.
